  • Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. However, we can adjust the session length as needed based on your needs and progress over time.

  • Life happens, and I understand that things may come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This helps me accommodate other clients who may need an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a cancellation fee, full rate.

What we discuss in therapy is private, and I will only share information with your permission, unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases required by law.   • As a private-pay therapist, I accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other forms of electronic payment. I will provide an invoice each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • I am committed to making therapy accessible. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots depending on your financial situation. Please feel free to ask about availability and rates during our initial consultation.

  • Currently, I am licensed to provide therapy in both Washington State and Texas. If you're located outside these states, we can discuss whether online therapy is an option. I offer virtual sessions for clients in both Washington and Texas.
